Troubleshooting

  • If the Instagram owner closes the page, the Stream Key becomes invalid. So he needs to reopen the page and share the new Stream Key.

  • If you click on and start sending feed and then stop the stream key will expire after few minutes. So click on only few minutes before the live and off after the live is done.

  • After you click the on button the status should turn green after 30s max. If it is red for a long time, it means there is some issue with the Stream Key. You can ask the Instagram owner to share the Stream Key agin and update it in the settings. If it doesnโ€™t help Instagram owner can refresh the page and share a new Stream Key.
